Mainak Bhaumik started his career in 1998 by directing a short film His Life - Her Story which won an award at Florida Film Festival. n 2006 he made his first Bengali film Aamra which was an uncredited remake of The Sidewalks of New York. In 2012, he made another Bengali film Bedroom. Mainak directed various films like Ami Aar Amar Girlfriends (2013), Maach Mishti & More (2013), Bedroom (2012), Aamra (2006). In documentary, he directed His Life - Her Story, Gone to Pat etc. More
