Biography
|
Indian film director Shamshad Ahmad, who is popularly known as Shaad Kumar, is primarily associated with the Bhojpuri film industry. Having started his career by assisting directors in Bhojpuri movies, Shaad made his debut in 2014 with the romantic drama Ek Laila, Teen Chaila, following which he directed Tumhare Pyar Ki Kasam and Bhail Tohra Se Pyar.
In 2017, the director committed suicide by hanging himself to death in his Mumbai apartment shortly before the release of his next directorial venture Swarg, which released after his death. More
