Shahid Kapoor is an Indian film actor, known for his work in Hindi cinema. Kapoor's parents divorced when he was 3. He continued living with his mother and maternal grandparents in Press Enclave, Saket in Delhi. He shares a cordial relationship with his father and stepmother Supriya Pathak. As a child, he studied at Gyan Bharati School in Delhi until the fourth grade, where he shifted to Rajhans Vidyalaya, Mumbai.
