Cream-of-Wheat Parsad
Ingredients:
1 cup cream of wheat
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cups water for the syrup
2 sticks cinnamon
5 cloves
3 cardamom pods
1. add water to a pot and add the sugar, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom
put this to boil to make syrup
2. set stove to medium - low
3. add ghee and let t melt
4. add cream of wheat and stir slowly until it parches a little
( it will become a bit darker )
5. once this happens strain most of the syrup in and add the milk
6. keep turning until it thickens, add more syrup if needed
7. once you are satisfied with the consistency remove from the stove.
