Ingredients:
2 cups rice
approx. 12 ozs large shrimp
mixed vegetables
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
2 stems scallion
3 stems celery
i tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. fried rice seasoming
pepper to taste
salt to taste
1 tbsp. fried rice seasoning
1. wash and boil rice, just until all grains are gone , not too soft set aside to cool
2. while rice is boiling, prepare shrimp, chop seasonings
3. heat some oil in a pan and add vegetables,add some salt and sesame oil fry for about 2 mins.
4. set stove to medium
5. add seasonings and fry for another minute
6. add shimp
7. cook until shrimp becomes a little pinkish
8. add rice, soy sauce and fried rice seasoning
9. turn off stove and mix in well
10. taste and make adjustments if necessary
